that should be correct we’re in uk and when we call my ex hubbie we dial 00971 50 xxxxxxx and it works for voice calls and texts. maybe its the bit before the 971 thats not correct before the 971 he should dial the interational code that’s used there

for your friend to call you from the US, he needs to dial 011-97150-mobile number

he has to dial 011 first otherwise it won't work. I know for a fact I’ve done it for years when I lived there.
