you know ya 7aga emo, I have the ability to change my nervous say quickly if i heard a good joke or someone make me laugh from my heart, but I always keep the issue inside me, that's my problem, because after a while I find myself holding a lot of things and issues inside myself and it needs days sitting with myself to remove it all from inside.
I need this days now btw.

and to become to “normal” state you need to reduce your stress by keeping your self out of the context of this issue for a while, as keeping inside doesnt change it (it could be minutes, hours, days, weeks…don't know, depends really) so feelings backwards and you can define how you really feel about this issue. even if it is negative feelings but you can still define them right and why it made you nervous.
