I keep hearing those foods in Syrian series and just now I read Rita Sunshine answering this question http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;… with one of those foods.
Can anyone explain what are:

7arra2 2ousab3o is a typical Syrian dish made from Lentils (3adas) .. you boil them and add them to an already-fried dough with onions and Debs el Romman … and eat it cold … some people add Kousa and makaroni to the mix …

chakriyeh w rozz : meat or chicken in Yoghurt sauce (Laban) …
