I feel like something is missing in my recipe…plus I had once spinach fatteh in a restaurant it was YUMMY…does anyone know how to make that?

Answer:
Blend some yogurt with mashed garlic, lemon juice and salt to taste. Boil chickpeas that have been soaked overnight till very soft. Toast or ;even better; fry a couple of sheets of pita bread. Now to assemble just season the chickpeas and drizzle with a tiny olive oil, top with broken pieces of crispy bread, then drizzle generously with the yogurt. Garnish with some fried pine nuts and almonds if desired. Eat right away or the bread gets soggy.
Other Fattes include eggplant or other veggies instead of chickpeas

Okay …you can use pomegranite juice instead of lemon…it's up to you !

Answer:
