all hell broke loose, my question is wouldn't it be superior for every airline make one flight just for smokers, 10 hours is a very long time for people who smoke, or rights are just for whom makes them?

Answer:
yeah a separate plane or a shut section with a ventilation system. 10 hours with no smoking would suck

Answer:
Okay, I think smoking is one of the most dangerous addictions on the planet so I know you smokers just can't go that long without a fix. That being stated, and I really shouldn't tell you this, but…

The only way you can smoke on a long haul or any other flight is to…

Bring small roll of tape and a sandwich sized ziplock bag. Make real nice with all the flight attendants, especially the ones in the rear of the aircraft. Sit near the rear. When the FAs do their service and block off the aisle, go back to the bathroom that’s farthest from the FA jumpseat, in case one comes back. You could also do this mid cabin and wait till the FAs are near the back.

Open the loo vent all the way. Open the toilet lid and sit on the edge allowing some air to drain down. Tape the ziplock bag over the smoke detector and jam some paper towels under one side of the sink drain so it sticks up 1/2″. Light up next to the sink drain and keep the smoke there, blow it out slowly. It will be sucked down into the drain constantly. When you’re done, douse the cig in water and flush down the toilet. Don’t put in the trash you may start a FIRE.

People will still smell the odor outside, but just barely. Therefore be friendly with the FAs, they know what you are doing if they’re by the lav when you are doing it. Don’t do this in First Class or the pilots will smell it and might talk to the 1st Class FA to get you busted too huge a safety hazard.

Remember to remove the bag from the smoke detector before you leave or you could kill everyone one board if a fire erupts with no smoke detector to catch it. And lastly remove or leave the towel in sink drain if it smells too bad.

I have never smoked illegally on an airplane, but fly a lot and can see how simple it would be to. Just be safe and dispose of the cig in the toilet, never the trash bin and remove the plastic from the smoke detector.

Answer:
No Smoking on flights makes it pleasant for everyone I’m a smoker and I have travelled on smoking flights in the past, its not a nice experience. I always take a pen with me which I use as a placebo and watch the in flight movies. I find drinking alcohol on planes much more of a problem and think this should be stopped, as a great deal of people drink too much and then get off the other end and drive

Answer:
Ban all drug addicts from all flights.

If you can't go 10 hours without increasing the dangers of cancer to 200/400 people then you should not get on a flight.

Most smokers manage to reign themselves in. Anyone too weak-willed to hold themselves in check from a pathetic chemical dependency for 10 hours is not really human anyway and as such should have no rights.

Answer:

Answer:
No reason the smokers can't load up on nicotine patches and gum before. It's not like the length of the flight was a surprise.

Answer:
The airlines would have to charge triple as that plane would be pretty much useless for the rest of the time as it would smell.

Answer:
it would be a dream come true, a plane just for smokers it'll never happen we're considered second hand class but it would be great
