Here's the deal, I am going to England in about 4 days or so, I was wondering, as far as my luggage goes, I have luggage that has locks on it. This is the only luggage I’ve readily avaliable to me, because I'm a college student, and I really can't afford to purchase new stuff. So, I was wondering, can I use this if I do not lock it?
Answer:
Sure! Mine has locks too, but they will randomly open suitcases anyway. Best not to lock them.
Answer:
You don't have to lock your luggage, but lets say you do, if TSA has to search you're bag they'll just cut it open. Or, you can buy TSA approved locks, and that way they won't cut the locks off. I think that if you go to TSA.gov they can give you more info. about those locks because I don't know how much they’re.
Answer:
You’re not granted to have a lock due to 9/11 security updates. If they have a reason to search your bag, which they’ll because it's locked, they’ll break the lock and look through your bag.
Answer:
Yes you can use the luggage you have just don't lock it and you will be fine.
Answer:
yes you can use it, but DO NOT LOCK IT!
i locked my luggage once (like an idiot) and the airport broke my lock to get into my bag.
