Yes! There were plenty of automobiles on our ferry - look at the Buquebus web site. I'd advocate buying your tickets well (more than a week) in advance - we were unable to get all the times and dates that we wanted.

Depending on what you want to do with your automobile, I could also suggest the local bus services which are very good and may work out cheaper than taking a car on the ferry.
