Capital Federal is the Part of Buenos Aires where you can stay. Each Barrios has it's history. If you like to feel as a Tourist, you can stay in San Telmo, Palermo or Recoleta . If you want to feel the Argentinean Spirit you can stay in Caballito , Belgrano , Almagro, Villa Crespo, Chacarita.
Personally I like Caballito Very Much. I purchased a home in Recoleta but 1 year later I sold and I bought in Caballito…cause I like the True Argentinean Life and I like to pay like Argentineans…and I don't like to feel like a tourist ….Even if I’m… :o)
