What is the real reason he canceled the planned visit to South Korea? Is this a way of showing his frustration over the anti-American protest there?

I don't care what you consider other aspects of this administration. Please stick to answering the question.

Answer:
I don't think that world leaders skip out of visits b/c there is dissatisfaction. Bush's rating in the U.S. is very low too. By that logic, he would cancel all his appearances here too. If there’s a lot of anti-sentiment then leaders will probably seize it as an opportunity to give their side of the story. If protests pose a threat to him or have a chance of getting out of control then that could be a reason for a leader to cancel a visit. For safety reasons. However, it's probably just because Bush has more massive things on his plate. South Korea is really only an important agenda to the U.S. as it relates to North Korea.

Answer:
He's not going likely because if he did there would be even worse protests. I remember about 6 years ago the Prime Minister of Japan went and there were riots all over and a lot of people cut off thier pinky fingers! I have no possible explaination for that, but it happened. So maybe Bush isn't going so they won't lose any more fingers so they can keep making video game software.

Answer:
It could be. America itself isn't popular there, and certainly Mr. Dubyah wouldn’t be greeted well. Why the US even maintains its presence there is beyond me.

Answer:
Nah, he just doesnt like gooks.
