As long as you obey the posted speed limit, you can drive any speed you like… as long as you aren't going so slowly that you become an obstruction to other drivers- as in holding up traffic and causing dangerous passing, etc. In Saskatchewan, primary highways are generally posted at 100-110km/h and secondary highways are posted at 90-100km/h. Grid roads are not posted, but the speed limit is 80km/h. If you turn onto a highway that’s not posted, the speed limit is 80km/h until you see a sign that states otherwise.

In Alberta major highways are 110kmh, most others are 100kmh. The only ones I've seen that are 90kmh are in the National Parks.
