Looking for an allinculive place, I live in Richmond so airfair not needed, I would maybe like a resort and if possible meals inculded, somwhere there’s nature maybe whales

Try Tigh-Na-Mara in Parksville. I don't know whether it includes meals or not but the restaurant is fabulous. Other options would include some of the more exclusive resorts in the Tofino/Ucluelet area. The Wickanninish Inn is supposed to be the best of the ideal.

The Wickaninnish Inn, Tofino Canada in my thought. It's views and setting is remarkable and a pleasure to soak in. The resort offers both nightly rates and packages that include meals. The food is wonderful and you can't go wrong. Here is the link:
