Me personally? Somewhere between 2 and 3 hours before I would get severe claustrophobia and mall disgust. I think I was there about 2 hours when I visited and was prepared to leave ASAP.

I can’t remember and am unable to discover whether there’s a hotel connected to the complex or not. I know there are some nearby hotels. If there is a hotel in the complex, I suppose someone could stay as long as they were able to pay their hotel bill, and if they’d a good job in the Mall, they could stay indefinitely as most other things one needs are included in the complex. Ditto if you would grant them to stay in a nearby hotel.

Otherwise, legally one would be evicted at closing time. Of course, it might be possible to set up housekeeping in a steam tunnel or utility closet, but even

in Alberta that wouldn’t be tolerated for long.
