Is it a good idea to go to Niagara Falls, Canada on July 19 - 22?

I looked on two different weather websites and they tell me two different things.

One states it will rain, other states it won't:

Accuweather.com:

Im sure it will be fine, the weather around southern ontario has been absolutely unpredictable the last month, they state its gonna rain it doesnt, they state it isnt and it does. WHO KNOWS.. theres a lot of things to do inside and out in niagara, so i think you could have tons of fun no matter what!

How can they know if it's going to rain on those days? They have the ability to PREDICT rain, but that doesn't mean it will. They can PREDICT sun, but that doesn't mean it won't rain, too.

Weather forecasters are notoriously wrong. The ideal weather forecasts are made the day AFTER the weather has happened (in other words, hindsight is 20/20)
