Promotional song with game about Canada in the 70s?

I know it's not a travel related question, but I figured more Canadians will be on this board, lol.

I'm trying to remember what the name of a song from the late (?) 70s was. It came on a floppy 45 record, and it was a song about Canada, made for kids, and I think it incorporated a game. I'm pretty sure it was in English and French.

I had this game when I was tiny - played it till it fell apart! But I can't remember how the song goes..
