A very touristy area of Bremen is the “Schnoorviertel”, which is directly downtown near the river. It is especially nice in the summer, lots of restaurants and bars, lots going on, and surely worth a day trip.

i just moved to Wiesbaden and I'm not too familiar with the city. Does anyone know of good restaurants in the Wiesbaden, Mainz area? It'd be nice if the servers spoke English also.

Traveling in mid-July….!!
Answer: In Mid-July cheap train tickets are usually sold out due to holiday season. A cheap substitute is riding on a bus. Tickets are offered from Kopenhagen to Berlin for 40 €, from Berlin to Prag for 36 € and to Amsterdam for 58 €.
