cook rice and add sushi vinegar. Put desired amount on the seaweed making sure you leave like a 4cm gap from the top and end sides. Put on whteva u want on it. Roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It depends on what you want.
If you want adventure, jet boats, abseiling, skiing, tramping etc, NZ is the place.
It is winter at present so skiing is going off right now.
Fishing, is year round, excellent charter tours available.
Public transport is limited to cities, otherwise it's taxi or car rental.
Plenty of diverse cultures for dining.
