I use US Eastern Time and I was wonder if I’m 4:00 or -4:00 I have no idea. The 4:00 thing is just an example.

My friend, a townhouse in Manhattan is usually anywhere between three to four stories, not including the basement. If you included the basement, however, it would be anywhere between 4 to 5 stories.

Yes, you can see the aurora just about anywhere in Alaska. Just not very well in the summer time as we don't really get dark. (You can read a book at two in the morning outside)
