I am going to disneyworld in the summer for 3 weeks and am looking for good restaurants to eat in?

we will also be going to universal ,seaworld and busch so any recommendations would be great.Also it will be my sons 13 birthday while we are there and he wants to spend the day at mk any ideas for a special bithday meal.ps the kids wont eat seafood
