I have always wanted to go on a cruise. My single friends or my married friends can't go. I was thinking about a singles cruise but I have heard scarey stories about them. I want the cruise but don't want the meat market. Does anyone know first hand how they are?
Answer:
Before I got married some chick friends and myself went on a single cruise. We had a great time. You yourself set the scene on how you are treated in the so called meat market. Your behavior will set the tempo. If you go alone there will be group get togethers where you meet other singles and you decide who you want to meet. You don't have to take part in all they do it's your choice. If you go alone you will probably be rooming with a member of the sames sex and she/he will be your first new friend. In the dining areas you will be seated with several new friends. I dont think you’ll be alone for long. We’d a great time and I don't feel like we were stalked by the men. THere are a lot of single people going on cruise and meeting that special someone. I hope this helps and you decide to go on a cruise and have the time of your life.
Answer:
I think you'll do just fine. The cruise lines are getting pretty careful of making sure it doesn't turn into a meat market. Trying to keep the ratios even. And watching if anyone is uncomfortable..
I would recommend trying to find a friend to go with….it would make it a bit more fun for you.
Good luck..
Answer:
You don't have to go on a singles cruise just because you are by yourself. You can go on any cruise and have just as much fun meeting other people on board and on excursions. I would recommend Carnival's “FUN SHIPS” or Royal Caribbean's Voyager or Freedom Class Ships.
Answer:
Never been on one. Are you a girl or a guy? You should try to see if they have any, like, theme cruises you could go on, that way you won't feel akward. I recommend Royal Caribbean. Cruises are the best vacation you could ever take, and I highly highly suggest it.
Answer:
it very fun and you can do what ever you what so do what you what go and have fun
