My cruise leaves at 5:30 pm and I was wondering what time they start letting people on ussually.

Answer:
They will give you a boarding window. Usually between 12:30 and 2:30. I always show up an hour before the window opens and I have always been granted to board. If you are hoping to avoid a crowd, then sorry it can't be done. They are trying to squeeze 2000-3000 people on a ship through one door. Be patient during embarkation, just know that it will take an hour and you will enjoy getting on all the more.

However, they might give you a time, such as 3pm, where they will ask you not to go to your stateroom before that time.

Answer:
I don't think you're granted to board before 11am. Best thing to do is get there as early as they grant, or to get there right before 4pm (the latest you're granted to show up). Anytime in between you’ll be stuck in longggggggggggg lines ! Both cruises i went on, we showed up after 3pm and didn't have to wait in line ! You can ofcourse try to be the first on the ship, but your luggage won't get to your room until AFTER the ship has sailed.

Answer:
They normally begin the boarding process around 11am. I like getting there early, we usually don't have a choice because we fly in from the UK and overnight in a hotel. The cruise transport normally drops us off at the port around 11 am. Don't be any later than 4pm, the boarding people could be a bit iffy and not let you board.

Answer:
Your documents should tell you. All passengers are required to be on board at least 90 minutes before sailaway. If my docs state I have the ability to board at 12:00 then I try and be there by 11:00 or after 2:00 to avoid the crowds. Earlier is better though. You have paid for today and I alway like starting with a nice lunch onboard.

Answer:
The cruise line will tell you. You want to make sure to arrive early to try to beat some of the crowd.

Answer:
I'm not sure, but probably around 12 ish. I'd get on quite early so that you can begin your holiday as soon as possiable.
