I am wanting to travel to Italy, Greece and Spain next summer. I would like to go and do all the tourist stuff, but I would also like to experience the culture while I’m there, so my question is where should I go and what should I do?
Answer:
I've never been to Greece, even though I wish I had gone when I lived in Europe. But I have the ability to talk for Italy. I went to Venice, Florence and Rome. When I was in Florence I took a day trip and visited Pisa, that's a must! The Tower of Pisa is very cool! There is so much to do in Rome, you could spend many days there and not see it all! Florence is really fun to just walk around because it's pretty small and everything is beautiful. And Venice is cool too. Eat in an authentic Italian restaurant, that's where you'll learn a lot about the culture, plus Italian food is incredible!
As for Spain, that's the country in which I lived and I totally loved it! For touristy places visit Madrid and Barcelona. I loved Barcelona and there’s so much to do! For a more cultural experience, I would advocate going to the Basque country, more specifically, San Sebastian. They live this breathtaking lifestyle and from the beautiful beaches to the yummy tapas bars and the crazy night life, you don't get more culturally enriched then this city!
Answer:
DON'T GO TO GREECE STICK WITH ITALY AND SPAIN (DON'T GO TO BULGARIA OR ROMANIA EITHER) [NO I DON'T HATE GREEKS BULGARIANS AND ROMANIANS I HATE THE WAY THERE GOVERNMENTS MISTREAT MACEDONIANS BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY CALL THEMSELVES]
