Answer:
I just got back from living in the North of Spain for 5 months and I definitely would advocate going there! I lived in the city of San Sebastian in Basque Country, and it was awesome. It had 3 beautiful beaches and the city is surrounded by the mountains so it was especially beautiful. They also have an astounding nightlife, making each night a celebration. And it has a great location because it's only 12 miles from the French border and close to Barcelona and Madrid.

Answer:
Europe or somewhere in Africa. I don't know how much money you have in your budget, or where you have already been. You’ll feel more at home in Europe, and personally I don't see the appeal of going to America for vacation, but that’s just my thought. Anyways, I’ll now recomend some places that I have been.

Turkey- Fun for a road trip, especially with friends!

Paris- Great if you like the nightlife, and to experience cultaral things(museums, art)

Serbia/Montenegro- I've been here A LOT and I love it! There's great nightlife, and a lot of cafes to sit in. In Montenegro, there is also beaches, and nightlife aswell.

Greece- Loved it here, great beaches, and a lot of great history to see

Egypt- If you’ve the money, GO HERE! The have amazing beaches, and if you’re interested go see the pyramids. I loved it there!

Good luck & have a safe trip! : )
