It's not Mykanos. Everyone thinks that and it's commonly used as trivia for the motion picture. It was actually Rhodes. The resorts they used were Lindos and Pefkos. I think some parts were filmed in Lardos as well. I was in Pefki for a month two years ago and they showed us the spots where they were filming and even the bar she went to! I don't know why this has never been corrected on places like IMDB.

it was made on the island of mykinos, but to be honest if you pick a quiet island thier are lots that are very much enjoy it.
