I don’t thing you can find it in a store. We hardly use it. However, go to your local fish store, an ask them if they have the ability to get you some. This ink is in fact squid ink and they might be able to get it for you

As far as I can guess, you can find it in a massive supermarket, at the isle for flour and cake mixes or in a bakery/pastry shop where they use food coloring in cakes, decorative creams etc.
