lafeefan is correct, just wanted to add that in my experience there were no taxis with more than 4 seats in paris. I was traveling in a group of 5 and we never found a 5 seater or more. They make no exceptions…hope this helps

The whole time I was in paris, I never say a 5 seater. the only time we got one was when we called the taxi service for an airport pick up. We specified that we needed a more massive van and we paid more for it. Unless you make special arrangements to have a massive van/bus pick you up there are no 5 or more seater taxis driving by for you to hail. There are small mini van type taxis but in my experience they still only sat 4, they just had a larger space in back for luggage.
