I may be able to help ya!!! When you say rentals do you mean rental properties like homes/apartments or rentals as in automobiles? If you’re already in Germany near a military base..grab the Kaiserslautern American newspaper (it's weekly) they’ve a variety of listings from houses to apartments and even just individual rooms. If you're not in Germany or don't have access to a military post try www.kaiserslauternamerican.com this is the website for the paper and offers the same listings. My husband and I live in a rental property about 15 min from Ramstein as he is stationed on Vogelweh Air Base and we found our place on that website. Also my Landlord has some beautiful properties still available and I'd love to help. Pictures of some of her properties can be found on www.private-rental.de
Now, if you're talking rentals as in cars try sixt vehicle rental which is located on ramstein airbase. Europa vehicle rental has trucks and automobiles available as well. Or go through www.expedia.com and make a reservation for a rental there with the major companies such as Hertz or enterpise.
