Popular websites in Germany that are similar to myspace or facebook?

I’ve a friend in Germany who came to the US and I’m trying to conatct him becasue we’d arrangements for me to go to Germany to visit him however I forgot to get conatct info from him and the only thing is that I know he would go on this german website that was like myspace. The background of the site was like had black and a muddy green almost like army colors.

As to the background colors: That's not a real means to identify a web page, as colors can be changed by the user as often as he/she likes. If you'd remember the community logo and could describe it, maybe that would be more helpful.
