My husband might get stationed in germany and we’ve 2 cats. I know that in hawaii they’ve quarantine but I wasn't sure if cats need to be quarantined, is there someone that can tell me if cats get quarantine in germany? Thanks!

All pets coming to Germany must have a chip and a pet passport also they have to have the shots your vet will be able to tell you exactly.
Unlike the UK Germany does not put pets in quarantine if the paperwork is ok.

Your cats need the anti-rabies inoculation. The inoculation should be made min. 30days before you come to Germany and max. 12 months ( otherwise you have to get this inoculation again for your cats ). Your vet sure can help you with the formality. This must be signed into a health certifcate.
