How much does it cost to go to an internet cafe in India?

I will be going to India on Thursday and I need to have access to a personal. Since I don't have one at home, I will have to go to an world wide web Cafe in Punjab. Does anyone know how much it usually costs to access the computers in India (more better if its in punjab). Thanks in advance.
