You’re planning to go through train pls book in first class confirm train ticket from metupalayam. the first calss comportment will give you the beautiful seanary and privacy. Because the first class compartmant is connected in front of the train. The engine will be thelast one. The train will start from MTP at 7.10 am. Pls book it advance.

The hotel LakeView is located 100 Kms from Coimbatore airport (Tamilnadu - INDIA) and 1.5 Kms from Ooty Railway Station and Bus stand. The Lakeview complex sits pretty on an 8 acre stretch of land, on the sensuous terraced slopes of a hill but does not have view of the lake from any of the rooms.

Hotel Darshan is just in front of lake and have a great restaurant but may not be best for Honeymoon. Ooty is a small place so dont worry about distance too much while seleting your hotel
