I am going to Ireland this summer- Kilkenny area- where should I go? Anyone know any cool pubs?

In Kilkenny the castle (obvious i know) but walk around the grounds go to the graveyard and find the pet dog's grave!

Go up cannices tower and you can see the whole city.

Go to Kells for the priory

Go to Bennetsbridge and visit Nicolas Mosses mill

Go to Inistiogue (where circle of friends was filmed) and go see Woodstock.

Pubs: Go to Irish town- cleeres (where the brewery is- best pints of ale you will taste), annacondas the whole street is pubs almost…

Steer clear of John st.- rule of thumb at night don't cross the bridge leave out langtons.

Ryans on Friary street is cool, some people like Kytlers for the beer garden.

If you are feeling like a road trip Eamon Murphy's in Thomastown is good too.
