Anyone ever stayed at shannon shamrock hotel bunratty? Can you give me an honest answer about the place?

I’ve heard some good & bad reviews about it & i am worried as we are going there in august for three nights

I've stayed there and really had no complaints. It's nothing to write home about, but it was nice, clean, had a nice resident's bar, and a good breakfast the next day. It was comfortable and right next to the castle if you're there to explore. The staff was spot-on at the front desk, being very helpful.

i have passed many times but never been in it in this hotel i have just check both discoverireland.ie and irishhotels.com and this hotel is in both, the discoverireland.ie the website of the Irish tourest broad and they take a poor view of hotels and b&bs not been up to a high level of standard so if you’ve any complans i would make contact with the tourest borad at once and they’ll help you out
