Bolivia
*cheapest cost of living in the new world (i.e. north or south america) !
*check out Copacabana - its a small touristy town on Lake Titicaca, close to Isla Del Sol (birthplace of the Inca Empire)
*Santa Cruz is also in the country, not such high up elevation and biggest city. You could purchase a house there for fraction of cost in North America.
