All you have to do is use the international code. I don't know the one from el salvador but if you were calling mexico it would be 01152 whatever number you have. So just take a look online.

I'm using AT&T and only add 011503( el salvador's area code) and the cell phone number…I send a lot of texts to el Salvador!!!.

They only charge me 0.25 for outcoming texts and the incoming ones are free! I have the package with 400 texts and stardar internet for 9.99/month

I don't know if Veriozin works like my service…Check their website or talk with a customer service guy in any verizon store.
