What is the weather like in Cancun Mexico during January- Feburary?

Or any good vacations spots that has good weather during those months? And with a flight that is only a few hours.

The best advice I can think of is to bring a light jacket or sweatshirt with you. Cancun can become chilly at night, especially during the month of January. I highly suggest that you take advantage of being in the Yucatan Peninsula at this time, when it is a bit cooler, to visit the Mayan ruin site of Chichen Itza. This site was recently voted in the top 7 man-made wonders of the world. It is quite spectacular, and the heat can be as well during the day since it is located inland. That’s why it is such a perfect time of year to go, when you are traveling.

Bad weather does not last long.

The weather during january abd and February in Cancun is excellent, 67°F to 82°F.

Not so hot as summer, then it could be over 90°F, but it isn't cold.

I go in Feb each year to either Ixtapa Playa Cozumel Or cancun it's always HOT 85-90 but can be very windy will need a light jacket at night and maybe slacks but don't over pack one pair is enough as wellas one sweater or sweatshirt.

Beware of D.F.and other places on the plateau, they have the ability to get very cold at night .
