What do you think about Mexicans?
What do you consider mexican food?
How was your trip?
Answer:
From the white sand beaches of Cancun to the snow capped Pico de Orizaba, from the cactus covered deserts of Sonora to the pine forests of Oaxaca, from the hustle and bustle of Mexico City to the little villages of the Yucatan peninsula–it's all wonderful.
Thing that should be fixed, but would be difficult to fix:
1.The drug cartels killing each other trying to control the drug flow to the US.
2. The lack of good jobs that would keep young men in Mexico, rather than crossing the border to the US where jobs exist.
3. Governmental bureaucracy and the mordita (little bite) from cops and officials

I have been to:
Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Guyamas and various other small places. Everywhere I’ve been, the locals have been friendly and outgoing. The food is fabulous (I was surprised that sour cream isn't used in most dishes, but that must be an American addition). I am a diver so I tend to go to coastal locations where the weather is great, the water is fabulous and the food is spectacular.
Answer:
All in All I love being retired here.
As an outsider seeing the “real Mexico' I have some recommendations…………
The education system is horrid and I see it each day. the common sense here is a tiny few and far beteewn.
The corruption is the root of all Mexicos problem. It is an accepted way of life. It needs to change.
i dont see a lot of pride when i see work being done. Maybe directly related to the aforementioned education system.
Even when pride wants to be taken - the material you have to do the job is substandard. i just painted a room in my house and the paint was like water.
Love the food , weather people and beautiful scenery………..

i LOVE Mexico! its my favourite place in the world and when it comes down to choosing a holiday I always want to go here! Cancun is my favourite place to stay as I find you can have both sides of Mexico, a true side that is very cultural (like downtown Cancun or the ruins) or a tourism place where you can shop, party and eat at fabulous restaurants! (i havn't been to a bad one yet) and If you are going to Cancun, I recomend going to Senor Frogs Restaurant and Pericos (which is downtown) These two restaurants are ALOT of fun! and for the record I have not met one rude of arrogant Mexican. ever. They’re all so friendly! It will be my 5th time there next year! Dream place to live…If only I could get away from rainy England
Answer:
I’ve been going to Mazatlan since 1981.
Mexican people that we have met are kind, friendly, family oriented people. The kids are very respectful of older and disabled people and offer their assistance whenever they have the ability to.
Mexican food is great. We try to eat at restaurants where the locals eat and have enjoyed great meals for a good price.
We enjoyed Mazatlan each year we have been there. Unfortunately, our stays have been 2, 3 or 4 week trips. However, upon my retirement we’ll be going for 3 - 5 months each winter. We rent an apartment in a residential area now and will stay in the same place in the future.
When we return to MZT the neighbors greet us with “Welcome Back”.

I have been 9 times, best place in the world and i can recommend some good hotels too… im going next year! cannot wait! The food is wonderful, they cater for all tatses not just mexican spicey food. Mexicans are very hospitable, even though i don't think they get on too well with Americans, but if you are british you are fine
