Will be visiting Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria this week, and would love recommendations for things to do and places to see in and around
Puerto Rico, Maspalomas, and Playa Del Ingles.

depending on you likes/dislikes there are lots to do… in PR itself there are loads of the usual shops based in 2 centro commercials…. the europa centre is the smaller family friendly one. jokers nightclub is a hoot as well as harleys bar.
Playa del Ingles is full of nightlife .. there are gay areas and straight areas so depending on what your sexual likes are be aware that your at the right 'square' as they are known locally.
Maspalomas has got sahara sand dunes that you must see. and Mogan is a great place to visit market seafood estaurants and a beautiful marina.
also the beach at Anfi del Mar is lush… imported sand from the bahamas ,its also a timeshare resort but dont let that put you off as its out of this world and you can go on the beach as all beaches in the canaries are public.
if you get the chance go up the mountains , the scenery is stunning!!
you should also try the restaurants on PR as they are very good.. the french onion soup is tops , and the canarian potatoes with mojo sauce are delicios (spicy though)
