I live in America but would like to eventualy move to spain and pursue a career in fashion merchandising. (I talk spanish)
Answer:
You live in the USA but do you also have a United Says of America passport? We'll assume so. This alone will make it very difficult for you to be considered for Fashion Merchandising - or any other job in Spain - unless you’re REALLY REALLY GOOD (which you may well be).
Spain, nor any other European country, is anxious to hand-out work visas. First they’ve to take into account Spaniards and Europeans before all others. Applying for work visas is a slow process and costs the employer money.
The fashion industry is massive in Spain but it's rare that they employee foreigners (unless you're Italian or maybe Brazilian). That fact that you speak Spanish will help you communicate but won't help you much to get the job unless you can show them some very very impressive references.
Ideal of luck!

People! It's crisis everywhere now… So it's not a point to state that he shouldn't move because of this. Only if he have a good job in that place where he lives now.. That would be silly to go somewhere where it's hard to find job… but it's hard to find it everywhere now… Now it's all about if you have some friends that could hook you up with someone… Or you could try some Job website before moving there… That what i found on first page of google:
Answer:
