First of all, what exactly is an emblem? and what is the emblem for the spanish city of Madrid?
Answer:
An emblem is a symbol of something…a logo. I’m not sure what you mean, but the coat of arms of Madrid is a bear climbing up a strawberry tree to get at the fruit.
Never mind the fact that strawberries grow on the ground.
The Coat of Arms of SPAIN is a bit more complicated…symbols of several of the royal families that have ruled the country, surrounded by the pillars of Hercules, with a ribbon that says “plus ultra” around the pillars. You can view it on the Wikipedia page for Spain, or go into Wikipedia and search Coat of Arms of Spain, and get a page with nothing else, but I believe there's an explanation of all the parts.
In fact, you could probably do that for the Coat of Arms of Madrid, as well,
