Hi, Im an american and I’ll be getting out of the military in about 6 months. Ive been to both Italy and Spain and have decided that I went to live in one of those two countries from now on. I have an MBA from Texas a & m and about 90,000usd saved up from deployments in the middle east. What do I’ve to do to move to one of these great countries? Is it possible for me to find work? Ive got friends in both countries so living won’t be a problem but what should I be concerned with and where should I look for a job?

Answer:
I think you would do ideal to make sure you can find work, BEFORE you leave. There are almost 4 million people out of work in Spain. I’ve no idea what the situation is in Italy, but I'm willing to bet they are struggling, too.

Good luck. I know, from experience, that if you put it off, it only gets more difficult, but if you try to do it now, you might have a really tough time. Make sure you’ve ALL your ducks in a row before making a serious move.

Answer:
language and communication at work could be a problem.
