There are buses from Frankfurt to Frankfurt-Hahn, for a fare of €12.00.

Similarly from Girona airport to Barcelona there are buses, timed to meet the flights, with a fare of €12.00 (€21.00 return) for a 1hr 15min journey.

So for around €42.00 you will have got to Barcelona from Frankfurt.
