should it take for something to be shipped from ebay to
Honolulu,Hawaii
to
Buckeye,Arizona
I payed via check,and she said that the check needs to clear first then she will ship my skirt.

Answer:
Well if she received your check, and you KNOW you’ve enough money in your checking account…its really just a matter of her going to the bank and cashing it, and her going to the post office to ship your package.
Most sellers on Ebay use First Class shipping (unless otherwise stated), and that will usually take 3-5 to get to you.
I wouldn't email the seller every single day, asking about your item because she is just going to leave you negative feedback.
Now, if you don't see your skirt in another week or two…THEN you can get concerned and rally the troops
