I'm moving to the North East of the United States. I'm from an Island in the Pacific Ocean. I never even been in weather under 60 degrees. How do I stay WARM!!!

You'll get acclimatized fairly quick so don't worry too much. It's only gonna take one day in the cold to make you realize how much clothing you need to wear.
Make sure your feet, head, neck, ears and hands are warm. Head especially. A ball cap wont be enough. Wear a proper winter hat.
Tennis shoes aren't enough. Put on sports socks and wear proper winter boots.
Also, mittens are warmer than gloves.
Remember, frost bite is serious business! Research it!
