My city has no foreign exchange program - at least, to send other kids off into other countries. We only accept other high school students from other countries. However, my teacher does do tours with EF Educational Tours. There's a trip to London this spring break (one week) and I hope to go on the Japan trip this summer (two weeks), but I don't have the funding for it. What’s the ideal way to earn money for this (other than probably the obvious “get a job”)?
Answer:
One of my friends mailed letters to her church group, family friends, and relatives to ask for donations. Explain in the letter what this opportunity would mean to you, and how much you would benefit from it. Look into staying at hostels where you work for your room.
Also doing odd jobs for others can help you earn money. Or set something up on the internet and ask people to donate to your situation.
My friend made enough money to go on her trip! Good luck!
Answer:
sell marijuana, if you know the right people, and gather up a hundred dollars, you can purchase an ounce then flip that for 280 dollars, then buy two ounces for 200 and flip it for 560 dollars, then buy a half pound, flip that by the ounce for 120 dollars an oz, and you'll have a tiny over 900 dollars, and it won't take long, about four weeks. :]
Answer:
There are a few ways.
You could donate blood and other bodily fluids.
You could buy and sell stuff on ebay.
You could sell old stuff on craigslist that you dont use.
You could get a job (even though you dont want to)
You could take a loan out against your vehicle if you own it.
Cant think of much else, if I do ill add it later on. Goodluck, Japan is beautiful!

You can purchase it on ebay where its safe and you can leave me feedback.
I travel to Japan all the time, which you can see in my ebay listing. I live in Thailand half the time, which is much superior than Japan (cheaper, more things to do, friendlier people towards foreigners, deeper culture, prettier girls, superior food). Maybe you should go to Thailand instead, then you wont need as much money, Japan is the most expensive place I've ever traveled to, Thailand is the cheapest, they are right next door and very similar but Thailand is much superior, which is why Travel and Leisure Magazine rated Bangkok as the ideal city to travel to this year.
