If you had all the money in the world, which U.S. city would you select to live in? And why?

I'd have to state Miami Beach, or South Beach.
The beaches are astounding, and you're real close to the Caribbean islands, so traveling wouldn't be that far off if you love the tropics.
The weather is astounding also, minus the hurricanes, but then again if you pick LA you have the seasonal fires and chances of earthquakes.
