Hi there,

My Grandmother needs to get a coach or a bus from Thundersley (it's a village in Essex which lies on the Southend - Basildon bus route) to London Victoria in London to see her friend. However we don't know for sure which services there are for this, apparently there is an X-10 (?) service according to my Grandmother which caters for this route however I'm unable to find details of stated service.

Would anyone have any ideas or info they can give me? Also, please do not suggest trains as my Grandmother dislikes using them.

Thanks for any help (and a huge ten points for the ideal answer of course!)

Answer:
National Express coaches leave from Essex Uni and arrive at London Victoria train station. You don't have to change coaches either! You would have to catch a bus to the university though.
