38, 10 years experience in Management and fluent in English, French and Arabic, MBAWant a job Dubai.?

I've been looking for a job in Dubai for the past year with no luck at all.

I currently live in Phoenix, AZ with have two masters and fulltime job.

I hold US passport and fluent in English, Arabic, French. I'm not looking to get rich i just want to work and live closer to my family that are in Lebanon.

I have applied to several websites like

At times i feel i dont get the emails or call backs becasue they’re thinking he is either over qualified or he wants too much money which completely isn’t the case.

I’ve even actually went to Dubai 2 times in the past year with no luck and just recently got back from Dubai 1 month ago. I've had interviews and i either feel they exspect i want to much money which is not the case or there’s something else wrong i cant put my finger on it and i really dont comprehend what the deal is.

I’ve some cousins that live in Dubai so im pretty aware of the culture and prices etc..as i have spent vacations in Dubai.

I'm not an engineer like most however,

I work for an international software company and Im in Management /Consulting my title is Operations Manager and I travel a lot through Europe, France, Australia and Canada.

any suggestions? Please help!
