i live in fort worth and am driving to gladewater this weekend,which is near longview. i want to know if thier is a famous place to stop to eat on the way there and a is thier something to do in gladwater,gilmer,longview or towns near there

I personally like Joeys seafood. Beth and Susan's Cafe is good too. If you really want an awesome place though, stay in Ft. Worth and eat there at Freds Texas Cafe (915 Currie Street
Ft. Worth, TX 76107) Or go north to Chef Point Cafe (5901 Watauga Road, Wautaga, TX 76148). Best of Luck!
